developing a model for end user information systems satisfaction with justice based approach

چکیده

end user satisfaction (eus) is one of the most widely used measures in assessing (efficiency/ effectiveness) of an information system. the goal of this research is to identify influential factors on (eus), based on justice theory. so we identified 8 influential factors on (eus) such as interactional justice, distributive justice, information system (is) performance expectation, equitable relatedness fulfillment, equitable self-development fulfillment, procedural justice, equitable work performance fulfillment and is performance. then the model was tested in a real case. the results of study showed that interactional justice, distributive justice, information system (is) performance expectation, equitable relatedness fulfillment, equitable self-development fulfillment had significant relation with is end user satisfaction but procedural justice, equitable work performance fulfillment and is performance had no significant relation with is end user satisfaction.
